African Leaders Flocking to the 38th AU Summit in Ethiopia


Addis Ababa: The leaders of the African continent are flocking to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to participate in the 38th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union (AU.)



According to Ethiopian News Agency, the President of Zambia, the President of the Republic of the Congo, and the Algerian President, Hakainde Hichilema, Denis Sassou N’Guesso, and Abdelmadjid Tebboune arrived in Addis Ababa respectively tonight to attend the summit.



Furthermore, the President of Zimbabwe, Dr. Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa, the Prime Minister of Cameroon, Joseph DIONNGUTE, and the Prime Minister of Lesotho, Samuel Ntsokoane Matekane, have arrived in Addis Ababa this evening.



Addis Ababa is now a spotlight over this week in hosting heads of state and government of the African Union and foreign ministers of the African countries for the 38th AU Summit.



In this ordinary session of the assembly, African leaders are expected to push for historical injustice reparations to Africans and the people of African descent.
