Mogadishu, The Minister of Interior and Reconciliation of the Federal Government of Somalia, Mr. Ahmed Moallim Fiqi, received officials led by Mary Cummins from the office of the Integrated Electoral Support Group (IESG) under UNSOM.
The Minister was accompanied in the meeting by the Minister of State for the Ministry Mr. Ilyas Ali Hassan and the Deputy Minister of the Ministry Amb. Abdihakin Hassan Ashkir, they discussed the technical issues and those that require political decisions regarding the 2026 elections in the country.
