  • Watterson Lakeview Apartments (Louisville, Kentucky): Millennia preserved 184 units of affordable housing in Louisville through a $7 million rehabilitation at Watterson Lakeview Apartments, originally built in 1973. The collaboration with key partners included substantial improvements, making it a testament to Millennia’s commitment to enhancing living conditions and addressing the critical need for affordable housing.
  • Savannah Landing (Tulsa, Oklahoma): In 2016 and 2017, Millennia revitalized Savannah Landing with a nearly $14 million comprehensive rehabilitation.   • Valencia Way: As part of Millennia’s comprehensive revitalization effort, Valencia Way, their largest complex, received a $94 million investment.
