Mogadishu, The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, participated in the demonstration in the capital of Mogadishu against Al-Shabaab terrorists, he mentioned the massacre and terrors they inflicted on the Somali people.
The President pointed out the bombings of Shaamoow Hotel, Soobbe 1 and Soobbe 2 explosions, Ex-Afgoye and many massacres in which terrorists killed students, scholars, women, doctors and many Somali leaders who were useful to our country.
“Al-Shabaab is a fish out of water, they have been hiding among the Somali people, and Somali people have rejected and will not tolerate any more massacres, extortion and oppression.” These Al-Shabaab men don’t see you as a human being until you fight them, but they see you as a small commodity that they own.”
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, who spoke about the security situation in Mogadishu and the government’s efforts to live in peace and stability in the capital, urged them to show awareness against Al-Shabaab terrorists and support the struggle to liberate the country.
The President urged the general Somali people and the people of the capital to cooperate with the security agencies and provide information about the terrorists who are hiding in their homes and businesses, in order to prevent the massacre and brutal acts that the criminals are plotting.
