Prez Bids Farewell to Outgoing Indonesia, Kazakhstan Ambassadors


Addis Ababa: President Taye Atske Selassie bade farewell to the outgoing ambassadors of Indonesia and Kazakhstan to Ethiopia today. The Indonesian Ambassador Al Busyra Basnur, who served for six years, briefed the president on his key achievements during his tenure.



According to Ethiopian News Agency, the successes on economic, education and cultural issues have contributed to the strengthening of the bilateral relations between the two countries. Similarly, Ambassador Barlybay Sadykov of Kazakhstan, who concluded his five-year and half assignment, also shared his accomplishments with the president, it was learned.



The ambassador pointed out the achievements in issues that strengthen bilateral and multilateral relations, including economic issues. Both ambassadors expressed their commitment to continuing their diplomatic efforts to further strengthen relations between their respective countries and Ethiopia.



Office of the President Head, Tizita Mulugeta, told ENA that President Taye commended the ambassadors for their contributions and achievements during their time in Ethiopia.
