Addis Ababa: The delegation of Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF), the country’s ruling party, led by Secretary General, Wellars Gasamagera, arrived in Addis Ababa tonight to attend the second congress of Prosperity Party (PP).
According to Ethiopian News Agency, upon arrival, the delegations were cordially received at Bole International Airport by high-level government officials, including Prime Minister’s Tourism Affairs Advisor with the Rank of Minister, Ambassador Nasise Chali and Foreign Affairs State Minister, Birtukan Ayano.
Africa’s largest political party, PP, is highly anticipated to deliberate its second congress from January 31st to February 2nd, 2025, in Addis Ababa. Representatives of foreign political parties from African countries and other parties of the world are also expected to participate in this Congress, it was learned.
RPF’s delegation will visit prominent tourism sites in Addis Ababa including the recently renovated National Palace, Adwa Victory Memorial Museum, Unity Park and Friendship Square, among others.
