The Somali Ministry of Environment and Climate Change has dispatched a team of experts to inspect sealed metal barrels found at Adale Beach of the Middle Shabelle Region.
The local community members expressed concern about the barrels containing toxic chemicals, prompting the ministry to temporarily close the area while an official investigation is carried out to ensure community safety and environmental protection.
