The Somali Police Commissioner, General Sulub Ahmed Firin and the head of the European Union Capacity Building (EUCAP) have cut the ribbon and opened the Technical Center of Boats of the Somali Police.
The Commissioner had a meeting with the partners who assisted the Somali Police with the training, equipment, and development of the police force.
